Context

Network FP is India’s largest ecosystem and knowledge platform for financial advisors and Personal Financial Professionals (PFPs). The platform helps advisors build and grow their careers through certifications, continuous learning, and community support. It also connects individuals seeking trusted financial advice with certified PFPs, empowering informed financial decisions and improved financial well-being.

Problem

Financial advisors faced scattered learning resources, low visibility, and manual workflows that took time away from clients. Individuals struggled to identify qualified and ethical advisors they could trust. There was no single platform that brought certification, learning, community, and advisor discovery together in a clear and dependable way.

My Role

I worked as a product designer focused on shaping the end to end experience for advisors and individuals. My role covered understanding user needs, structuring flows for learning and certification, designing dashboards and discovery journeys, and collaborating closely with developers to ensure the product stayed usable, consistent, and grounded in real world financial advisory work.

Research and Insights

Through stakeholder discussions and early user feedback, we learned that advisors valued credibility, clarity, and time efficiency over advanced tools. They wanted learning that fit into daily routines and proof of expertise they could show clients. Individuals cared most about trust signals, transparency, and simple ways to find advisors without feeling overwhelmed.

Our Approach

We approached the platform as a connected ecosystem rather than separate tools. Each part was designed to support the next, from learning to certification to visibility. The focus stayed on reducing friction, using simple language, and guiding users step by step. Designs were validated through prototypes to ensure flows felt natural for both audiences.

QPFP Certification Program

The QPFP certification program was created to solve the lack of structured and credible learning paths for advisors. The program combines live cohort sessions, assessments, and clear progress tracking. Advisors gain a recognised credential they can complete with guidance, which improved confidence and professional credibility.

Learning & Community Platform

The platform offers live and recorded sessions, quizzes, and discussion forums in one place. This made learning continuous and social, helping advisors stay updated, ask questions freely, and feel part of a professional community.

Members & Partners Directory

This solved the problem of trust and discoverability for individuals seeking advisors. Finding qualified professionals was difficult and unclear. The directory allows users to search verified advisors with clear profiles and connection options. This gave individuals confidence in their choice and helped advisors gain meaningful visibility.

Closing Notes

This project reinforced the value of designing with restraint and respect for user time. The platform succeeds by quietly supporting daily professional needs rather than pushing complexity. Working on Network FP strengthened my ability to design for multi stakeholder systems while keeping experiences simple, trustworthy, and grounded in real human decision making.
